– Challenge –
At Regent Seven Seas Cruises®, design has to do two things at once — hold an editorial, luxury standard and drive measurable results. The existing creative needed clearer hierarchy, stronger storytelling, and more intentional pathways to action without sacrificing the brand's elevated feel.
– Approach –
I approached each Regent campaign as a system rather than a collection of individual assets — considering how layout, pacing, and visual hierarchy shape user behavior from first glance to final click. This meant rethinking above-the-fold storytelling, refining CTA placement, and simplifying content structures to reduce friction throughout the user journey. Every decision was grounded in clarity, consistency, and purpose, refined through ongoing iteration and performance signals.
– Outcome –
The work contributed to measurable lifts across Regent's key performance indicators — including increased click-through rates, stronger lead generation, and higher booking engagement. More importantly, it established a repeatable creative approach that consistently delivers both brand impact and business results, including +70% growth in leads tied to clearer value messaging.
